The actual burden of public service. They 'need' and demand to be everywhere because they say they can manage the organisastion better. pengarah pengurusan..u said it yourself...these PTD is there manage..let the doctors with real doctor jobs treating patient..u don't expect doctors to handle finance and human resources.

the new batch of PTDs really quite borderline poyo with their socmed promotion as though they are the movers and shakers behind every ministry.. padahal baru 41 kot. also, promotions are super slow now (expected 16-17 years to reach grade 48. so rugi je if masuk ptd skim. khairolnizam liked this post

in gov, PTD is high kasta.
as example in kasta system, PTD is brahmin, other post is pariah. is that what gov want to bring in our public service? i say this because all top post in gov is from PTD. if u not ptd, dont dream to go higher. |
