I counted with dividend even a 30 year timeline + my current salary, no way can reach a million. But with options, I can reach it in say 10 years if I am doing it consistently. Key here is consistently.

Actually wrong. Management is the one who make or break the companies. They don't have pricing power but market is the one who determine how much it's worth.
