There is an old low cost apartment at the condo site currently and no barrier being placed yet or signboard at the other part of the empty land.Still in very early phase i believe
Developer is the main con for multiple project like holmes 2 and Lido
New condo in nearby tmn segar selling the similar price range for 1000sqft.
The Psf almost same as ekocheras. No covered walk way to MRT. I
Perhaps wait for more price slashing from developer

Ya, it’s still not launch yet. SA told estimated launch in Jan-2022. If not mistaken, still not yet get the APDL.
However, the show unit is ready to view.
Oh ekocheras sell at 600psf? Ekocheras is freehold, right?
For Taman Segar new condo project, location wise, this taman segar no doubt much better because more walkable distance to shop lots, leisure mall n mrt station, but leasehold.

800sf 3R2B and with balcony?

The rooms must be very compact.

the old flat in jalan desa aman 1 will be demolised and rebuild as well
The dbkl food court previously claimed to be builtamont twin tower is being demolished now
The whole strech of jalan desa aman 1 will be outloaded with condo soon.. Damn jam in the futures
