Most of us knew those affordable houses from government. Let focus those few segments in Klang valley
A) Federal governmeny has PRIMA
B) For government servant -PPAM
C) Wilayah has Residensi Wilayah (or Rumahwip), for Putrajaya, they has a special Residensi Wilayah Prihatin
D) Selangor has Selangorku.

Now. Selangor launched another segment called "Rumah Idaman"
Take note that the unit is said to be 1000 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilet. 2 parking. These units located in those areas like Bandar Saujana Putra, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cyber South, & Bandar Puncak Alam.

Add more surprise is they will give complimentary kitchen cabinet, refrigerator......


So when i heard "refrigerator", it remind me these projects would be "terminator" to other affordable house or open unit that located in above areas...

This is still under Rumah selangorku

If this for Rumah selangorku.
Do they provide 2 parking, kitchen cabinet, free refrigerator?
and let me correct some info, they also free air-cond, cabinet in each room and water heater?

If someone the recent buyer for rumah selangorku, a lot of them will complaint kuat kuat.

So it's safer to launch with another name to made some segment to avoid trouble,


And if you see their logo. it look like a shield. Not the traditional rumah selangor logo

It's already listed in the website, under rsku.

Idaman is the new series of rsku under LBS group, mass produced IBS homes with furnishing.

Wait... u mean only for LBS?
The developer for LBS listed project only?

U should say it another way round... Its LBS (as developer) and MGB (as construction arm) - actually same group - who initiate this 'Idaman' project under Rumah Selangorku.

Anyway, i read another confusing point from the link from the edge.
It said the price is from RM 250K.... so not capped at RM 250K for all the project.
Because the land price in Puchong is generally higher than bandar Puncak alam

Is capped at RM250k as of now (follow info of official sites from Idaman and RSKU), the Edge says "from" because they're just reporting press, to give leeway in case circumstances change. Other future projects under this brand might raise higher since affordable homes have previously been priced at RM300k before.

Tq, may be the case.

But just for RM 250K and with many complimentary things.
I think it will be sell like hot cake, even for limited supply of 7,000 units

Actually this Rumah Idaman started wayy back, I'd say 3 years back. Started from the project at Tropicana Heights. 1000 sqft 3B3B2CP kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, TV 32inch, water heater and 3x aircon all included.
