Okay, here are few methods to try before you send your N93 to the Nokia Care Center,
1. Remove your Memory Card and restart your phone. 2. Remove your battery for 30 minutes from your phone and insert it back to the phone. 3. Do a hard Reset on your phone by typing *#7370# on the display screen and after the phone is reseted test it out. 4. Reflash your firmware by using Nokia Software Updater. 5. Tap your camera gently. 6. If all above doesn't work go to your the Nokia HQ Oposite TimeSquare, don't bother going to other places because they wont have the spare parts for it. Hope this helps! I only know that above 2GB is called HC SD not SD.. Only Symbian 9.2 Feature Pack 1 can support this feature.

No..N95 can support up to 32GB with SHDC microSD.. N93 can support up to 4GB only.
