Are you sure it's the ribbon problem? The point is my warranty has expired as i have this phone with me for more then a year now sad.gif

How much do you think it will cost?
*
=_="
I don't no how much it cost haha... but also got chances is because of the mic... maybe damage...

Last time i have a similar case, but is my N80IE, i can hear ppl talk to me very very clear, but they can't really hear what i'm saying. So i took it to the handphone shop, he open the case and check what's the problem.

The mic was really damage, so he change one for me =_= and charge me RM15 including workmanship, okie....so when i reach home and test it.... damn it... the problem still exits, so i bring it back the next day haha.

The next day, the boss ask me to leave it there and he will test it for me, after few hrs later, he call back and tell me is the ribbon problem cause the sound can't really pass thru the mic rclxub.gif , well i don't no izzit true, but when i google it, alot of similar cases... all becoz of the Ribbon =_="

so i suspect urs might be the ribbon problem lo =_="

that's not hard reset, just factory setting's restore. or is't the same?

for hard reset, turn off the phone. restart the phone by holding "Call Button" + "3" + "*"

Crippled? You mean the camera problem because you drop it last time? But then u said ok liao right?
Or what?  hmm.gif

Hahaha. Well I still love my N93. Just bored of it. And after reading what jimmylim85 posted about the loose hinge due to rough usage, I really take care of my N93 now, even close and open slowly. sweat.gif  but not fun like this, quite stressful. much easier to get a phone where no need to take care so much. laugh.gif

Don't worry shockk, it can be rectify. Just that i don't have the time to ask for quotation price for workmanship to help me tighten it back. beside i want to check how much is the pop port rubber cover.

Still enjoying it everyday thanks for software usage and maxis data unlimited plan tongue.gif

My best software is Opera Mini 4 and LCG Jukebox

is the swivel action that beats every other phones!

Bare one thing in mind, the swivel uses thin harness cable instead of ribbon. Reliable!

Yes, it is on the phone memory, you can delete it, but it will still appear back tongue.gif

Phone memory after hard reset should be around 40MB. But it depends on what product code region your using smile.gif
