iStore has restocked some 41/45mm in their HQ, you can call their Publika store to check which one is available ready stocks and they can arrange to transfer from HQ to any of their stores (Digital Mall/ 1 Mont Kiara/ Publika)

You can do both, by placing order in Apple store and hunt for ready stocks simultaneously..if found ready stock, cancel Apple store (you can cancel before they ship the item out) before your grab it from the store..

Yea so I suggest those who are buying just proceed to order from their website, skip the calling part to avoid disappointment coz their CS most likely not updated with online stocks..
