yes. im searching to buy new house and i came across one of the house im ok with .
however, behind the house is an empty land with lot of bushes and trees(like mini forest) . So, im circling the area and i found the Papan tanda pembinaan as the sample photo (not the actual one at that place. just copy paste from internet) .

the papan tanda dated 2016, means they will build it soon? or just a cadangan and they wont build it .

If they will construct a building just behind the housing area.

Possible the development plan is postponed but the land owner can always revive it or sell to other developers.
