No la here KL Metropolis proportion according to Naza TTDI is 30% residential 70% Commercial and have a public park

But just wonder this KL Midtown anyone know the price entry

Are you not the property agent or bulk seller . Why would you be asking the forum instead of the developer straight . Just call Hap Seng and ask .

Whether I am property agent or even normal person, I believe we can ask right? I do register before but no news from Hap Seng. Just thought asking here and see if anyone know further. I think thats what everyone do here right? Else everyone just ask developer straight even for normal buyer....

Any updates on KL Midtown? When are they going to launch? Can’t seem to find anything on their website

Surrounded by busy roads on two sides and railway on one side, could be noisy 2/3 of the time

More in commercial here supposingly, busy route and easy access is good sign

Yea. A lot competition n new comers surrounding this core spot, good sign for retail and commercial here mayb at least in future, for residential investment take ur own risk n plan ur exit plan well, no ones know here gonna boom or fail, at least hap seng bought over another prime land from ttdi in metropolis, hap seng is more reliable from their past record to me.

So weird their construction keep on and move pretty well atm, but nothing comes out yet.

No news from developer also on this

is there any update on hap seng new launch?

If fidle underperform due to overprice? Like to hear more of your feedback in metropolis as I am exploring this area for own stay
