Yea. A lot competition n new comers surrounding this core spot, good sign for retail and commercial here mayb at least in future, for residential investment take ur own risk n plan ur exit plan well, no ones know here gonna boom or fail, at least hap seng bought over another prime land from ttdi in metropolis, hap seng is more reliable from their past record to me.
So weird their construction keep on and move pretty well atm, but nothing comes out yet. |
