Job Responsibilities:
• Handle first level user support task include software and hardware testing, setup and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Requirements:
• Experience with 3yrs and above industry experience with warehouse or logistic industry.
• Requires computer skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia and interpersonal skills.
• Skillset required: SQL Scripting, Window setup and troubleshooting.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, a good team player, hardworking and willing to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
