23/10 found
488.53 missing in my lazada wallet under label refund expired.
Tried contact lazada, caught in live chat bot loops. Email no reply.
24/10 complained kpdnhep whatsapp 0192794317. Surprisingly got fast response even it's Sunday night. They told me e-money is under BNM, ask me to contact BNM.
Next I complained to him about lazada promotion rebates. Lazada enticed me to top up wallet and pay utility bills, give fake wallet rebates that can't utilized. In the end rebate expired and I paid 0.50 for using their service to pay utility bills.
25/10 bought something in lazada using wallet, finally can utilized RM 15 wallet rebate this time ( RM 5 available + RM 10 expired ), the kpdnhep whatsapp guy last night is really efficient.

26/10 got a call from a rude lazada cs. She ask me for more details, I told her I already email lazada with all the screenshots before I reported kpdnhep and BNM, told her to read my email first, she hang off straight away. After that she sent me this email. As if I'm worried she closed case. She told me not to reply so I let it be.
26/10 evening received BNM email
3/11 saw 488.53 refund back to my lazada wallet. Fast fast added my bank account and withdraw the money since now lazada allow wallet withdrawal.
Got a call and email from lazada cs, explaining it's just systematically refund shall expired in 8 months but they can always revalidate it. I told him problem is I can't reach lazada cs via livechat like how I used to, email also no response.
4/11 confirmed money deposited in bank account.
