Choose Paint colour?

|
Hi all, first time do painting, is it true that paint always look darker when u paint it on your wall compare to those small piece of colour pallet? if its true, should i choose a lighter similar colour that i want?

Not really.. it will look the same shade.. but dark colour really absorb light overall throughout the wall/room so its not really recommended to go too dark.

Still need some time to dry out then only true colour appear. Paint is complex..some colour need a lot of dense pigment so need to stir kau kau as well. U go art shop and pick up those tubes, sold at same volume but some colours are heavier than others
