As the title suggests, would like to ask Airpods gen 2 owners if your airpods are serving you well or are there signs of problems arising at the 2.5 year mark.

I bought mine at late March/early April 2019, basically an early adopter of the Airpods gen 2. My left unit starts to have battery problems where one hour of use immediately kills it. Not sure if its the battery issue or the contact points that prevents it from charging at all.

Would like to hear your experiences if you own your airpods for as long as I do.

Mine still running great. Had battery problem with my gen 1 though.

I bought mine around April / May 2019.
After few months, my left unit actually couldn’t charge properly and keeps draining faster than right unit…eventually, it was empty 😩

Still bounded to a 1 year warranty, I got myself a replacement for free (just the left unit).
It works fine till now with not much of an issue i think. Going strong for several hours or so

So I will charge it while using left… then swap right with left for charging

I am not that heavy user also…sad can’t change battery on it. I do like it although it doesn’t fit that well. Won’t fall out but not a tight fit

AirPods are the most overpriced Apple junk ever. Battery is not replaceable and the tech just doesn't justify the price. Just get any other brand below RM100 will do. After 2 years throw and buy new.

My right airpod has been acting up. It tells me battery is weak, and dies despite it being fully charged. Happened 3 times so far. Has any one else experienced the same?

How old is your airpod? Still under warranty? If yes might fast go claim

no more already been close to 2 years. anyway thinking of upgrading soon, but tot i could resell before buying a new 1 to off set cost. then this rubbish happen
