I'm looking to buy a unit in Mont Kiara for own stay, max budget around 1mil and looking for min. 1000+ sqf. Any recommendations?

I know there are many very well maintained buildings around in MK in very location too, but not considering buildings older than those built-in 2005..feel like a bit too old lol.

Would appreciate if anyone can give some advice and comments as to why they recommend.

1000+ means 2 bed rooms?
walking distance to garden school or mkit?

if 1000psf, you can get a good condo in MK.

How many rooms you looking for? The size mentioned doesn’t filter enough. Giving us more info would help us help you better.

Yeaa ideally would b e around 1200-1500 actually, but we surveyed around and macam not many choice below 1mil

You can look up Ceriaan Kiara, and Izen to start. Those are not that old, and you can get a relatively big unit for under 1mil.

You can also check MK Meridin.

I’ve personally visited all 3, and I think they’re in decent condition.

There are actually quite a few choices below $1M in Mont Kiara Those older condos like Vista Kiara, Pines Mont Kiara just to name a few- spacious, still well maintained and affordable.

Yea these are almost 2k sqft for less than 1 mill. And can bargain.

Kiara Designer Suites also a good option but it’s quite dated.

yeah KDS is very dark also inside, and ceiling feels a bit low. Good value for money though. Very very cheap for the location, and near GIS.

Casa Kiara 2 is another good one. There’s a lot of very good value own stay options in MK for large build ups compared to what’s being launched nowadays.

North Kiara 🤭

Is there an actual demarcation for North Kiara? I thought Taman Sri Sinar is still it’s own thing. I assumed North Kiara was the area leading into the Bukit Pelangi area.

It is like comparing Imbi and Pudu, when they are actually both still in the Bukit Bintang district. Just like Mont Kiara and Dutamas(North Kiara), are both still in Segambut district.
