Memang, if its G, bought a condo unit and put introducers name, already changed 2 tenants, till date introducer still didnt get the comm yet, their excuse, never contact early to ask for commission.

All property agents paid based on commission. Most agents you see will have side hustles or PAMA as support or else nobody will do this kind of career. And because of this most agents do not work solo, even if they close a sale the earnings are distributed in the said team that were pushing the sales.

So many other agent all doing good. I think some agent thought collect booking fee is consider sales done. Sales is only done once customer sign S&P and stamp.Besides some agency they pay comm according to how the developer release money to them . Thats why certain stage they pay 50% comm. Then balance at a later stage.

Agent so smart show off luxury brand car, watch and free Europe holiday..
That why all enter into this industry but at end the top management win it all...
that why when a agent not happy & left, they open another agency to con other newbie....recycle con non stop
