So many other agent all doing good. I think some agent thought collect booking fee is consider sales done. Sales is only done once customer sign S&P and stamp.Besides some agency they pay comm according to how the developer release money to them . Thats why certain stage they pay 50% comm. Then balance at a later stage.

That why all enter into this industry but at end the top management win it all... that why when a agent not happy & left, they open another agency to con other newbie....recycle con non stop |
