I use all 3 prepaid and worst I admit is Celcom but they are free.Following this is Maxis then Digi which is the most responsive!Even though I am only using Digi Prepaid, they still treated me like a value customer the last time.Solved my problem within 2 days.

Somemore got double standard one.The free customer care hotline 123 is only for postpaid.If you're using Hotlink must dial 1300 number wan which is chargeable.
The other telcos onnet helplines are free.
