Will the distributor honor the warranty without a receipt?

i dunno bro. this is my 3rd time using zotac. never claim for warranty. zotac very good as far as i know. my ugrade card also zotac

for warranty, distributor may check the validity from the serial number from the gpu. Not sure if they have records on warranty extension wise. But possible to check with Suncycle.
