Actually, by law isn't it wrong already? TFX is not recognised by the authorities. But nvm, I want to focus on morality here.

For gambling, you are trying to earn money from the house. You are aware it's gambling and the house also isn't hiding anything.
For this Ponzi scheme, TFX actively denies it is one and insists on the real profits and trades. Statements are faked and presentations are all made with the intention to lie to you as an "investor". Sure, as someone aware, you knowingly jump in looking for the money... But you are now doing this knowing whatever you earn, is at the cost of others who are gullible. Call them greedy, call them stupid, but you are part of the scam. Two wrong doesn't make one right. Worse if you knew but you actively recruited people in for more profits...even if you warn your friends and family, but still try to recruit and advise them to play sparingly, blood will be on your hands the moment someone fails to withdraw their money on time. You can say "I told you so" but that makes you no better than the founders of this scam who will also say, "only invest what you can lose" "it's high risk"

As long as there are people jumping into the game, these scams will never end.

I see both sides have a point: creating awareness and keeping it active on top page is great, I also hate scammers and I also hate stupid people getting scammed....

... But, this is a thread in a forum with rules. I'm sure you can do so while adhering to forums rules, then no mods would complain. I wouldn't want the "good guys" here to get sus for something so trivial, honestly...

Btw, at this point, I can see #1 is MUM, 1111 replies in here plus a few dupes who shitposts in /k amounting to hundreds too... You know who you are
