btw,....in that police report can see he don't have NRIC.

My take about why there are still continuous taunting and teasing of tfxi...
I believes, It was due to the way, the tone and the words used, (especially, those descriptive words used) in Sept to Nov 2022 by those 3 die hard fans, lovers or promoters when postings replies and comments here prevoiusly.

Now, many of those that had encounters with those 3, would be happy to see, talk, and posts without compassion.. ...for they had warned, shown and presented with argument that tfxi was not an real passive income generators.
And yet that 3 tfxi die hard fans, lovers or promoters used "uncompassionated", "dehumanised, "demeaning" etc etc words in their responses and replies to all those who warned or talked badly about tfxi.
Also, i think this tfxi tread would not have been so active now again, if not for your posts last month threatening slander n defamation/ challenging forumners here to go talk in police station

It is not a scam "in definition or by definition". unless there are clear objective evidence of deception and fraud with the intention to deceive and cheat.

Usd was exchanged with tfx coins at 1:1 rates, not one was cheated.
No one was prevent from exiting.
Those top leaders accounts were locked by their own suggestion and callings . (Was mentioned in their memo during the early days of FUD sell off which blamed on some of the FUD leaders).
Investors can still exit.
Low prices was due to investors selling at low.

But, eventhough it is NOT a scam in my definition, ...money had been currently scammed of 99% of it and investors got no way to reverse that fortune.

Hope and wished they had done those due diligent and CSI BEFORE they put in money or ask their relatives to put in money.

Hopefully they did not do this, ...ownself did not put in money but asked their relatives to put in money so that they got passive income from those commission.

Becareful of possible legal consequences...
If you named someone openly,...you maybe subjected to defamation sue action.
Did they (your uplines) cheat you?
You willingly join it, thus you willing let them earn their commission.
Example,
You invest 10k, you account still show balance 10k. The commission is not taken from your account. You lose no money to the commission. You did not pay them commission. Similar to commission of insurance plan...your premium 10k paid is still reflected as 10k paid. The company paid them comission

Name the company....BUT name the company when it has 404 and when investor CANNOT exit.

I believes, tfxi has many many legal experts to assist and suggest legal loophole or grey areas that they can exploits...

I hv read alot of news in the medias about investors being scammed of money from unlicensed investment... but i never heard of the UL got any court actions.

They promotes, you join
They did not lie as they just tell what they were told to tell by the company.
They show you the past performances and past returns as being published by the company.
They did not promise anything that are not promised by the company.
If investors can have proof that they (UL) had deceived with the intension to fraud, ...
Then may hv a case against those uplines.

A unit trust promoters will also not found guilty of anything if what he has presented to the investors info published by the company. And if he did not promise what the company did not promise too.
