I ordered a Space Grey 16” M1 Pro 512GB, arrival estimated between 10th - 17th Dec.
Been using a mid 2015 Retina MBP since late 2016. I use it for office productivity work (no heavy usage like video editing or bit coin mining lol). I was tempted to switch to an M1 MacBook Air before Apple announced the new M1 Pro MacBook Pros, but decided to go with the MacBook Pro because of the screen real estate. I know it is an overkill to many to use a 16” MBP for office work, but I always prefer larger screen as I am pretty used to my workflow of having to view multiple windows on 1 screen.

Anyone with their MBP scheduled to arrive between 10th - 17th Dec receive any updates? I doubt mine will be arriving on the 10th since the status is still "Processing"...
|
