If a person let's say has only one right leg but is able to drive and perform all the work competently. Let's say the person is in a big4/ big company. What is the chances of making top management/ partner. Are companies willing to promote person like this. Do you know of any examples.

Companies like Microsoft are going all out with this, helping give people with disabilities in their workspace, as part of D&I.

all MNC will respect and even make you a champion of D&I if you falls into the category. D&I and sustainability is measured by shareholders as well (and therefore share price) , so play it to your advantage.
