last time i heard, if press that - local office, very limited officers

if england or chinese - they route to call centres - more staff to pick up call

depends, most airlines want to jaga their area nicely, so European airlines, US airlines - not surprising they no office here (outsource to local travel agents which some of them is shit)

some airlines i experience before with very reliable service (apart from flights - call centers when you need help)
SQ -- got kl office .. penang office .. and their head office call center based in SG (they handle scoot flight as well) (silk air no more d, bye bye)
CZ - China southern (as above) but their staff abit satu machiam one, so careful
CI - China Airlines/Taiwan Airlines
Qatar - not sure penang office still standing or not - cause they baru buka in late 2019/2020 - suddenly MCO hit .. now hearsay QR also cancel flights to penang d

Last time - TG used to be very good, fast in response, got KL and Penang office - but now in shit state (most probably because Thai Kroni banyak, like MH)

this is real

their call centers based in fiji island - apart from handling MH, also handle many other airlines - so mainly English and Chinese language there

local malay speakers - its routed to MH ticketing/reservation office (in KL headoffice) - that have limited officers and handle mainly travel agents (travel agents have their direct line they pick up first) - currently, they are over loaded with resumption of travel agencies and domestic airline, not to mention today is friday and long weekend coming

i am ex ticketing staff kena retrench also last time

but i am on biz class
