Hello, this is my first time posting here because I don't know where else to go to.

So, earlier this year I made an application to apply for Maxis Fibre at my place in Icon City, PJ.

Turns out, the Maxis guy couldn't install it because the TM guy came to check in my house and simply told me 'the reading too high'. I wish I had taken a picture of the reading itself but I didn't take it.

We went to the management and management said they're not responsible for this, they advised me that I can try going to the developer but they don't think it'll work considering I've been staying there for quite some time now.

So I went for a broadband plan instead but it sucks so bad. I need a solution for this fibre problem

How can I solve this? rclxub.gif Is it the internet provider or the developer's problem? And which is the easiest way out of this? And I have stayed at this place for a few years now only realize there's such issue.

And yet the management claim they're only responsible for the things outside of the house... and fibre is considered inside lol rclxub.gif
