There's two option for you threadstarter.
Watercooling & Aircooling.

Watercooling kit is much much easier to get since finding a 3rd party heatsink for your xeon is going to be very hard.

Watercooling:
Waterblock: Swiftech Apogee GT = RM199
Pump: Swiftech MCP655-B (Laing D5) = RM335
Radiator: Swiftech MCR220-QP = RM195
Reservoir: Swiftech MCRES Micro = RM90
Tube: Masterkleer 1/2" ID, 3/4" OD X 10 Feet = RM75
Fans: Adda 120MM Fan X 2 = RM50

Total: RM944

Aircooling:
Thermalright HR-01 X = RM180 - RM200
Fan: Adda 120MM Fan = RM25

Total: RM205 - RM225

For aircooling, it's kinda hard to find that heatsink actually since no body brings it here.

Now that the options has been lined up, it's up to you to choose what's best for your own budget.
