can u guys still access remote cctv viewing or router with mobike data? Mine from yesterday cannot connect.

Maybe try contacting TM and asking for escalation(level 1 CS probably can't do anything) and see if you can get public IP?

reported them few hours ago and they give access to my remote viewing cctv but my remote access to router is still disabled:(.

having access to the your own house CCTV is not illegal act in first place.

i ask tm for public ip tm say cannot:( Looks like have to get another contract for fiber package. Tm tech said mine is already private ip.
