The position is available with the growing developer support team of a major mobile application platform. The support specialist will help review appeals for application and developer account management, consult with different teams and provide responses to developer appeals through emails in English and/or Korean.

This position requires customer-focused individuals who are passionate about assisting developers with the timely resolution of application content policy issues. A strong focus on customer experience, attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and interest in mobile applications are required.

Responsibilities:-

-Provide email support to application platform developers with a contextual understanding of the developer account, application status, enforcement -details and policy at hand with the objective to provide direction to developers on actions to take as defined by the client
-Perform application reviews and research to provide effective guidance to developers on queries raised through emails.
-Collaborate with cross-functional resources (other vendors, Googlers) to bring issues to resolution quickly and efficiently.
-Assist with creation and maintenance of online documentation for the application platform.
-Identify needs and collaborate on projects to improve support tools and processes.
-Attain daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
-Participate in day-to-day operations and other cross-functional teams

Requirements:-

2 years and above total working experience with > 1 year of experience in customer service through emails.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree any field or content review background
Good communication skill with logical/technical thinking
Excellent work ethics with strong self-motivation
Strong problem-solving skills and sense of responsibility and detailed-oriented
Proactive and independent individual with good time management skill
Excellent verbal and written skill
Fluent in English with good verbal and written skill (Toeic 880 is preferable)
Familiar with internet business/mobile app industry
Basic understanding in app development is a plus
