Hi Sifu.. i'm planning to install this spider pendant light at my living room.. maybe want to install 2 pendants light.. So as per pictures, each of pendant light got 12 bulbs.. and i'm planning to put E27 Led Bulb with 10watt or 12watt which is stated save energy (bulb pictures is example).. so my question is, if i install 2 pendants light (consist of 24 bulbs = 12 bulb each pendant), how about electric consumption? do it consume more electricity since got so many bulbs?

Yes, ofc it will consume more electricity when there's increase of bulbs.

Actually u can just do a simply calculation using ur wattage x ur qty x tariff... Of coz by right, it will be 12x times electricity consumption of a single 10 watt light. Btw, try this TNBES Calculator, just simply key in ur usage and ur expected total wattage into any column

It can be cheaper if u halve the bulbs from 10W to 5W each. You sure u really want 10W x12? Its gonna be as bright as dentist lamp. For pendant lamp china LED 4W bulb cheap cheap only. You can also unscrew bulbs and keep them in store. This post has been edited by ceo684: Oct 13 2021, 06:32 PM

I see.. Hahaha, i have no intention to open clinic.. Maybe i need to change to another type of pendant light as a pic above.. using 6 bulbs only.. so if i use LED 5 watt or 6 watt should be enough right?

Actually ur pendent light is mainly for decorative + feeling effect? Or really using it to brighten up ur area?
If is deco, just get the lowest watt. If brighten... actually since its a screw bulbs, u not needed to worry too much, i suppose the pendent light will originally come with some bulbs, use it to test, then go MR DIY (example) and get ur suitable wattage bulbs later on (less than RM5 per bulb, of coz can't compare quality with those branded bulb, but at least can have a test)
Ur choice of screw bulbs really save a lot of headaches, compare to those lights with own customized LED/length
