 Why Netgear home networking products so expensive?

Last time buy tp-link next day return it cause it overheats loses Internet connection. Yea I think their QC not good.

I am not updated I didn't even know Belkin bought it. What I know frm US forums last time people were saying Cisco buy it to stop its competition during that period most of their firmware bugs not fix even if router is buggy.
