IPO in conjunction with the listing of and quotation for the entire enlarged issued share capital of Cnergenz on the ACE Market comprising:

A public issue of 100,000,000 new ordinary shares in Cnergenz (“Shares”) (“Issue Shares”) in the following manner:-

25,000,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;

10,000,000 Issue Shares reserved for application by eligible directors and employees as well as persons who have contributed to the success of the Group;

52,750,000 Issue Shares by way of private placement to identified institutional and/or selected investors; and

12,250,000 Issue Shares by way of private placement to identified Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Malaysia (“MITI”)

and

An offer for sale of up to 50,000,000 existing Shares (“Offer Shares”) by way of private placement to identified Bumiputera investors approved by the MITI.


Cnergenz is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiary, it is principally an electronics manufacturing solutions provider, specialising in surface mount technology manufacturing solutions for the electronics and semiconductor industries.
