IPO in conjunction with UIB’s listing on the ACE Market comprising:

Public issue of 281,250,000 new ordinary shares in UIB (“Shares”) in the following manner:

70,312,500 new Shares available for application by the Malaysian public;

70,312,500 new Shares available for application by eligible directors and employees as well as persons who have contributed to the success of the Group;

105,468,750 new Shares by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (“MITI”); and

35,156,250 new Shares by way of private placement to selected investors

Offer for sale of 112,500,000 existing Shares in the following manner:

70,312,500 existing Shares by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by MITI; and

42,187,500 existing Shares by way of private placement to selected investors

UIB is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries , UIB is principally involved in the business of wholesale and distribution of building materials, manufacturing and sale of pre insulated pipes, and rental of temporary structural support equipment.

Wow this company revenue is in the billion one.. Listing in ACE.. This I think I will hentam..

Beware look at cashflow because revenue billions doesn’t mean anything if they cannot collect from their customers
