Recently, Unifi keep disconnecting while i'm do video conference,
do you guys have the same problem? Even i tried turn of moderm for awhile, it back speedy but after less and hour it on off back.
Usually morning is best, but after that not so good.

Is there like...reset things?

My auntie's son had this problem during his online classes with the stock TPLink C1200 router. Later changed to Mikrotik RB750Gr3, problem solved.

Upgrade the crappy router provided by TM. It tend to overheat fast and cause issues.

Yes, i also second getting a mikrotik as an upgrade. They have cheap router but super powerful and never fail.

Check the optical cable, is it damaged and disconnecting?

Sorry to resurrect this old thread, just wanna share with u guys my experience.

Yesterday I was at my buddy's house. I noticed that his connection keep disconnect. knn this d-link router supplied by telco really cb one.

So I go back to my house, bring to him the old asus router ac86u and do the necessary setup , so far till this morning the connection still ok.

usually is the router. I usually immediately change the router but this time the new setup unifi give is a modem router that sux

Never use router from the internet provider, me myself from day one installation use own router, ive been advised by tm technician on which router should i get and they install it for me 😊

The unstable is not only happenings to me but also with some of friends because I setup asus router but modem I still use back the skyworth as modem. If I know this would happen I wouldn’t let them change. I always feel hardware they give sux now really is true even after so many years

what you can do is, make an official complaint letter to MCMC here

stated that the new modem that they give to you is worse than before, then you make another official complaint to unifi, then put your MCMC report number there.

most of the time telco will address your issue within a week IF u make complaint direct to MCMC

But the problem is not always there is like sometimes suddenly no internet after few minutes it will come back. Sometimes my phone no internet

Just make an official complaint then, wont take that long

I got disconnect problem same timing averyday. It seems cause of using different dns i.e open dns. google dns. I changed to dynamic isp dns and the connection ok.
