My house needs to repair roof due to leakage, work including waterproof system installation and rearrange roof tile.
Does anyone has experience in applying permit for roof repair in KL area? Can you please share what's the process and estimated cost for the permit?

At first I also thought no need, until the repair man sent me quotation stated that need to check with town council
So I called up DBKL and they said required permit... but so susah to find relevant info from their website
