can i know what type transportation best express use?
cause i have parcel send out from their shah alam warehouse since Saturday but till now still on the way.
called their customer service, they said my parcel On the way, but when i ask on the way to where or from where (Shah Alam to Penang or) ? they reply, don't know, not sure where my parcel at.
Might be Shah Alam ware house, might Be Bayan Lepas warehouse, Might inside lorry, might be out side warehouse as they have no clue......
for me i think they use bicycle, that why can't trace (out of battery).

best expect in contrary to its name sucks
i got parcel stuck in the same status for days before any update
when you call they just brush off say they cant help you only can wait

Just ask them declare lost. Don't waste time. I have logged serious complain with lazada
My case went around the world only trace back. Wasted 1 month time

servis ok lah, jes typical
depending on parcel size/weight, they cum on bike, private car or their small covered lori
the oni courier i dun like is dhl ecommerce cos they demand full ic numba which is open to misuse
other couriers either totally dun ask, ask 4 ic last 4 digit or ask to take foto of u holding the received parcel oni

Anyone had bad experience with Best Express recently?
My parcel stuck for few days in Shah Alam【KUL HUB】
While checking through other people reviews and comments in social media. I saw few people with their parcel stuck with Best Express from 19 November 2022. And today at 4 December after 15 days still not getting delivered.
15 days and still counting is really too much
