After changed to Maxis Fibre, my wifi camera unable to view from mobile network...anyone has similar problem? and how to solve it? i tried port forward but it's not working...i only able to connect to my wifi camera when i use wifi in home...

I already called Maxis to change to Public IP, but it's still same...

Have you change your log in credential on your router? From xxxxxx@home.maxis.com,my to xxxxxxx@public.maxis.com.my

I didn't change it, but i see in the wan setup, PPP username is @public.maxis.com.my.

Do i still need to change it somewhere?

sorry for bumping up an old post, but is this the manual way to change from private ip to public? because what I have read so far is people saying to call maxis CS and request to change ip to public.

If you just change in router it won't work
You have to call Maxis for them to change your account, then you can change the details in the router
If you're using their stock router they'll change remotely.
