I have this EVPad 3S and lately it keeps rebooting. What is the issue and how do I resolve it? As I read earlier messages to do factory reset but will this help? If I do, all apps are gone and how do I setup/configure it back again?

EVPad Customer Support showing those contacts doesn't work in Wechat, Line or Whatsapp.
