How hot does it get when all 4 ports are simultaneously used?

Just warm up a bit on fully loaded 100W to charge my laptop. Ugreen GaN tech never let me down.

I wonder, if we charge 1 USB-c port and 1 USB-A port, how many watt goes for the USB-c out of the 100W

I’m just concerned on the warranty, let’s say within a few months, one or more ports not charging.
How to claim warranty from ugreen china?
Need to sent back to china?

Based on my experience... You need take video to show that the ports are not working. Ugreen will send a new one to you if really faulty. No need to send back.

I asked local seller and he said no warranty and only covers replacing the charger if got problem within 3-4 days.
If i buy from local seller and registered the product on ugreen website, so I just need to the send the video?
Also, how long is the warranty for ugreen chargers?

I’m asking because i bought baseus 65w charger. One type c port stopped working and the official baseus shop required me to send back to china. Might as well get a new one since shipping cost already more expensive than the charger itself

Sorry, no idea on local seller. Mine is from official Ugreen store at China. Warranty as per stated in Lazada and Shopee.

Anyway, just chat with them first to confirm before buy.

hi can this item be use to charge my laptop below which are using usb c?

Macbook air (Adapter states 30W)
Hp laptop (Adapter states 45W)
Lenovo laptop (Adapter states 60W)

what do i need to check for its compatibility?

As long as your devices support PD charging, you are good to go.
