Just want to ask, if i purchase a Iphone 13, planned to use dual sim card on it, one for personal one for business. How can i have two Wechat app like the "Dual Messenger" function in Android? For Whatsapp, we can just install Whatsapp Business right?

No dual messenger feature like android. For WhatsApp you can use WhatsApp business and regular whatsapp. For WeChat, etc no you can't.

Then it will be quite inconvenient, since some of my customers on my business number still using wechat. Thanks btw.

change to china, install 微信。so u got 2 wechat acc in an iphone, just i do for pubg and 和平精英。

You are talking about two separate wechat apps or two wechat accounts in iphone ?
Unfortunately Wechat is universal across itunes irregardless countries setting, so even login to china itunes and search for 微信,it will show WeChat as well.
If you are talking about two accounts , yes we can add multiple account in one wechat app, just need to switch account under settings.
