Go to Leica Store Kuala Lumpur, in Avenue K near KLCC [ https://www.leica-store.my/kl-leica-store/ ]. They are affiliated with Leica regional office in Sg. and will liaise to send item to Leica Germany.

Of course, it wouldn't be cheap, but you already know, you own a leica.

YOU can try third party folks (they are not in malaysia), you gotta send your stuff to them, in the US DAG/sherry krauter/ etc cant rember one more guy's name; try browse the reddit forums on leica or analog film cameras, as recommended places to CLA gets mentioned every now and then.
