Contractor for DP Pole

Hello guys, I was wondering if there are any TM Contractor here that could help me with a problem regarding DP Pole? First of all, my friend is situated in Jalan Anggerik, Kampung Kebun Baharu, Telok Panglima Garang. Have tried to apply for TM for multiple times (Through agents, TMpoint) but no luck, was told that the coverage is there but since it's a landed house, the nearest DP pole was 30m away therefore won't be able to apply until a closer DP pole is built (which would take centuries). Was wondering if there are any TM Contractor that could do this and what are the usual fees?
