i saw Microsoft 365 allow custom domain but i can't find that configurations without godaddy dns (my cctld ain't support godaddy).

U buying M365 from Godaddy or you buying from Microsoft directly? What's your domain extension?

There shouldnt be any issue adding the domain.
If your domain dns is hosted by your reseller/registrar, then all you need to do is to add the domain from the m365 admin portal then verify the domain using txt record.

I manage a lot cust's m365 tenants daily so i can confirm there is no issue adding a .my domain. 😁

Aiyaa.. u didnt mention earlier its m365 personal. The function supposedly been removed due to abuse and non compliance use. I cant say much since i manage biz edition only.

But again, if the button is still there and your domain isnt with Godaddy, the only way is to figure a way to cheat the system that your domain is on Godaddy. Once able to verify your domain, you can then swap back to your original dns host for .my domains.

Godaddy is a M365 syndicated partner. So sometimes we also try to find workaround to get pass their platform restriction.

Btw.. try to use cloudflare as dns host for your .my domain. You'll find it useful in the future =)
