My wife last two weeks change IC at UTC sentul. arrive 4.30pm the rela say need appointment but still let her in coz not many people, ready on the spot.

If urgent maybe can try walk in during not so many people there.

probably many ffk... last time pos office also like that for the jpj stuff. but after a while, walk in also no ppl (even though online cannot make appointment)

Big headache. Managed book for myself but wen want to book for my famiiy member, it says the slot full. Then no way to check slot availability for any date. WTF.

call the nearest JPN branch instead of the general line to make an appointment
they still dont allow walk in, but the slots available are much earlier now (my initial slots are on dec, but managed to get my stuffs sorted two weeks ago)

JPN seputeh allows walk in, provided that you need to wait for all those with appointment to settle their businesses first

no need ic laa.. Recall when the last time you need to show your IC? Probably a decade ago..

I thought JPN Seputeh is in Cawangan Tidak Beroperasi list at mytemujanji? Did u call them before u walk-in or straight walk-in?
