I have a site that has been very slow for the past 1 month plus. Maybe longer than that, but 1 month ago is when customers started complaining.

I'm more of a network/systems guy and not a web guy, but it looks like it's because it takes 20+ seconds for polyfill.min.js to fail, before the rest of the page starts to load. Polyfill's website is totally not accessible from Malaysian ISPs.

So far I've tested from Unifi, Maxis, Extreme Broadband, and U Mobile, all not working.

Edit: Not working from Celcom and Digi either.

Unfortunately, I can't really tell my customers, if your checkout/payment is slow, change your DNS.

Plus, the majority of customers won't even contact me. They will just see a slow loading site, and give up.

Imagine if it took you 25 seconds to load shopee.my? How many people would wait vs How many would just close or go to a different shop.

So far I tested with Unifi, it is working fine. Take less than 2 seconds to open the website.

What DNS are you using? I still cannot access it on Unifi using TM DNS.

Unifi DNS. Corporate line so we don't change it to Google DNS.

possible to download the js and ref is locally in ur web app?

It's not developed internally and it's cloud based, so the code is not actually on my website.

I have emailed the provider and asked them to change to polyfills.io as per this thread:
