Looking ahead, we expect economy hotels to have the fastest return to pre-pandemic levels, and luxury and upper upscale hotels to have the slowest.
i can see economy hotel is returning back to almost pre-pandemic level now while luxury hotel yet to hike up their price yet, probably by year end when govt opens up malaysia for cross-border

Already started. Ayam one of the victim.

Paid for room during Jan go on April manatau lockdown.
3 days ago checked the hotel price vs today check again same date suddenly increased 30% fml
Buta buta have to topup RM100

MBSJ block the nearby Mayland SOHO development few years ago, i doubt they will get approval for building condo. That area density is quite high
