What is your budget bro, money a lot for sure Michelin Primacy SUV, Bridgestone Alenza or Goodyear Efficient Grip SUV

If lower budget can get Toyo CF2/CR1 SUV or Yokohama AE61/Geolander SUV series. Nexen RU1 & Continental UC6 SUV is also a good choice.

I used RU1 before, very good no complaints and it is consider as UHP or high performance SUV tire from Nexen Korea
It is also OEM tires to Porsche Macan. The price is very attractive for Nexen RU1 of your tire size, i will give them a go.

Thanks for responding, I suppose you meant to say all 4 tyres has quite similar tyre wear rate and/or tyre life.
35k kms seems a bit too short a life ??

No complains on Pirelli scorpian, very durable and i use to go some soft off-roading with it.
Hitting pot holes and gravels without issues.. brows.gif

Regarding michelin tires if it is not SUV rated better becarefull, in Subaru group already got case that the normal Primacy 4 tire side wall budge (bengkak). Need to be more carefull with them nowadays.

If you got went for light off roading better go for All Season as it can support M+S (Mud + Snow) condition.
If normal roads summer good enough.

The price of the Nexen RU1 is not cheap. Currently it is at least RM500 per tyre. You might as well pay RM650 per tyre for a better Michelin Primacy SUV+ tyre that also lasts longer. If the Nexen RU1 is less than RM400 per tyre, then it can be considered but it is not.

Nexen RU1 225/65/17 @ RM400/pc, cheap?

Michelin Primacy 4 (SUV+) @ RM470/pc, cheap?

Which option is better for a CX-5?
