need suggestion from ur guys . which one is better. for student used

Not even a close comparison.
AMD's mobile Ryzen is matching Intel's offering starting their 4000 series. Prior to that they're known to be (1-2gen) behind Intel's equal offering.
3000 series is still on the weaker side vs Intel's offering (especially single core/thread performance), but still it has niche worth back then for been dirt cheap (Ryzen 5 or 7 cost only bout Intel's celeron or I3's price) and having slightly better iGPU vs intel UHD iGPU.
But now, 2 years beyond, there simply isn't any reason to look at 3000-series mobile Ryzen anymore, unless it's some sub RM1k clearance sale.
