Dear all, does anyone has experience or thoughts you can share for this property? My family plans to buy a unit here and has done some research and study. We quite like the low density, nice landscape and maintenance albeit old buildings and its proximity to amenities. However as it’s one of the oldest building, we are wondering if there is any major problem with its piping system now, as well as its internet port? It would be much appreciated if all sifus can share your view and experience. Thanks in advance!

Palma , sophia are very nice condos and very well built. Density u can't get it in new condos anymore. And the walking distance to amenities. These condos are the real MK condos not the new ones which are deeper in.

As in old houses if you need to replace plumbing well that's not difficult and not too pricey. My sophia 23 years old. Waterproofing still intact.

Can't beat the location, the feeling of space and resortness.

Actually older condo are better built . In MK those Rm 2m condos also has numerous issue with waterproofing . Maybe less than 10 years sold .

For old old condos one thing that I notice is some business owners rent it for their foreign staff .

Palma has one of the nicest landscape with their own lake. Impossible to find anything like this anymore

Encountered this old post when doing survey on MK Palma. I also thought that this property has the best location of all the MK properties despite its age. Wonder if your plan to buy the unit realiased? Mind sharing your thoughts about this property?

Best head over talk to the residents there. As long as they have a strong committee, all is good. Buildings are built to last last time. Nowadays they are built to pass the DLP period 🫂

For the past 2 months Mont Kiara condo asking price for sale / rent has been creeping up
