To buy items in the iTunes Store, you need one of these accounts:
An Apple account. If you've purchased items from the online Apple Store, bought an iPhoto book, or are a .Mac customer, then you have an Apple account. If you don't have one, you can set one up using iTunes.
An AOL account. If you already have an AOL account, you can use it instead.
After you have one of these accounts, you can set up an iTunes Store account and specify how you want to pay for iTunes Store purchases.
