Good place to get tires, not necessarily the absolute cheapest but you pay a bit more for their honesty.
Best you tell him (The boss name is Ah Weng) the car you drive, the tire size and the kind of driving you do, he will recommend the one that best suits your budget.
Another one that's good is Kee Hin on Old Klang Road but mostly Michelins only.
