Nope, can refer to the RITZ COMMUNITIES rumahwip. same goes with pr1ma project, buyer own risk, so choose the reliable developer.

Buy the agent say rumahwip is under HDA. not protected by HDA? even reliable developer also can have many problems and many detects.

Under hda and protected by hda are two different thing.

Concept of rumahwip is

Government release the land for developer, developer must sell at certain price

And the buyer eligible are screened by the government. The buyer then lock into the contact with cannot sell the property within a time perioed.

Yes exactly, even though under HDA, once bank released the payment to developer, no matter how, you have to serve the loan, no way to escape unless you withdraw your SPA.
